Unexpected Moving Expenses

My sons and I are being forced to move unexpectedly after our landlord sold the house without warning. This whole thing was a major shock to myself and my family. Originally we had an agreement with the landlord that I would be purchasing the home, but yesterday the new owner contacted me and let me know he had purchased the house and I had 60 days to move. I managed to find a place that is perfect for my sons and me. The new landlord is amazing and is willing to let me move in immediately! However, I need to secure the money so that we can.

All of this came out of the blue. In no way was I prepared to take on moving expenses. I have just changed jobs and I won't even see a paycheck for over a month once I start my new teaching position. The money raised will go towards my first and last month's rent and deposit for our new home. This house is perfect for us. All the boys will have their own rooms (except the twins who will share). There is even a treehouse in our fenced backyard. It's near family and down the street from my children's school that they attend. I can't imagine a better home and I'm shocked that we found it so quickly.

I appreciate all the help, this is a new fresh start for myself and my sons. A surprise start, but one we are excited to begin.
