Disabled Veteran needs help

I am trying to raise funds for a disabled Veteran that suffers from Parkinson's disease, due to his contact with Agent Orange. His name is Joe. Joe lost his wife, who was also his caregiver, earlier this year. Joe has a niece that is disabled and homeless with her three kids. She is homeless, not because of anything she has done, but because of her having her home ripped away. The simple solution is for Jill to move in with Joe and become his caregiver. One problem stands in the way of this. There is major problems with the main sewer that runs under the house and driveway. The estimate is 5300.00 dollars. Jill cannot move her children into the house until the sewer is fixed. With the Loss of Joe's wife, and her income, he can't afford for the repairs to be made. I am asking to please give what you can so we can put this family together, and give a disabled veteran a decent place to live.
