Medical Expenses

Hi,

My name is Pam Benjamin, and I am raising money for my brother Stu “Hannah’s Baby Boy” Robinson. On December 25, 2021, my brother was transported by ambulance to the hospital and his life has not been the same since. He went from MCing, hosting comedy shows and being the "life of the party" to not being able to leave his hospital room. Most of his days he was not able to get out of the bed.

What we now know, is that he has been diagnosed with Small Fiber Neuropathy which is causes him to be in constant pain all day. What we do not know, is what is causing his body to not regulate his blood pressure properly. This is preventing him from leaving the hospital to start his path to living a normal life.

It is devastating for our family to see him this way. The longer he remains, he is slowly losing that spark in his eyes, and that spark in his spirit that We All Know and Love.

As he continues to fight, we admire his strength to keep pushing to get better. But as he continues this journey tens of thousands have accumulated in medical bills. He has been in two hospitals and the doctors are still unable to get him stable enough to return home. Charlotte Medical Center doctors have run out of treatment options and have recommended that we move him to a specialized neurological hospital to further his treatment. As a family we are working to decide which of the following will provide the best treatment - Vanderbilt University, The Cleveland Clinic in Ohio or The Mayo Clinic in Arizona.
