QCMFTA FIRE FUND

What a day, what a day...
So we had an unfortunate incident take place at our headquarters and fabrication shop today. First off, we'd like to let everyone know that everyone is safe and our staff is fine. There were no injuries. We have removed quite a few expletives from the video.
The fire broke out just after closing today. Apparently our metal cutter had some sparks that were the cause of the fire. Some of those sparks had smoldered for some time but according to the fire department eventually flared up caused the fire.
We'd like to thank the West Chester Fire Department for getting to our facility just minutes after making the 911 call. The fire broke out inside our fabrication facility but our sprinkler system was able to contain it before it spread to our entire facility. While we did suffer extensive damage to a few of our key fabrication stations and some of our metal cutting tools and equipment, fortunately, none of our concession trucks or trailers under construction were adversely affected other than being subjected to heavy smoke.
We will be closed until our facility manager can have an electrician inspect the electrical wiring throughout our shop bay to ensure that there are no other melted wires or fixtures that could cause any further damage or possible spark and electrical fire. Not to mention we need to get everything cleaned. We cannot work in the shop or move anything until the damage has been assessed by our insurance company.
If you ever wanted to know why it's important to have proper fire protection this is a perfect example.
We have had to cancel all of our scheduled appointments and production is temporarily halted until we can get everything back in order including purchasing new metal cutting equipment and other tools and materials damaged by the fire. We're just happy that no one was injured and that the fire was somewhat contained to just one shop bay. Again, a special thanks goes out to the West Chester Fire Department and our facility manager for being on site so quickly.
We're seeking the help of our local food truckin' community to help us raise the funds we need to quickly get back up and running so if there is anything at all that you can contribute to our fire fund it would be greatly appreciated. We've always been here for anyone that's ever needed assistance with anything food truck or concession trailer related.
We hope that you will be there for us in our time of need.
