Weight loss journey

As many of you might know, I have struggled with my weight for a very long time. In recent years I was diagnosed as a type 2 diabetic. It wasn't until this last year that I took my diagnosis seriously. Since my heaviest weight I've lost roughly 75-80lbs. It's mostly been gradual but the last 35ish was very quick. As I am very happy with the weight loss I am not very happy with the after effects. Unfortunately insurance doesn't cover what I'm looking for because it's considered cosmetic. I'm trying to get started with a simple tummy tuck. After that I plan on taking care of it through to the end. I just need a starting point. Ofcourse I don't expect anything and I know this is a reach. But any and all help is greatly appreciated
