Our mom’s celebration of life

Our mom, Kristi, was diagnosed with advanced lung cancer in March of this year. Heidi has been traveling from Arizona to Washington every other week and spent the month of June in Washington to help out, also bringing her kids up to see their grandma while they still can. Heather has temporarily moved in to her mom’s house and has been there every step of the way.

We have both missed work and Heidi has incurred debt in order to be able to spend time with her mom and sister in this difficult time.

Our mom fought hard with chemo but unfortunately it did not work. She is now on hospice care and does not have long.

Our mom is an organ donor and wants to be cremated. We are planning a Celebration Of Life, our mom would like a big party with a lot of food and bright colors with sunflowers everywhere.

We are asking for help to get Heidi’s family up to Washington for this Celebration Of Life and also help with the cost of cremation and putting on a celebration that our mom would love to have.

We appreciate everyone who has prayed, sent well wishes, came to visit, and given us support in this difficult time. We couldn’t have faced this without you.
