Help Support My Educational Journey
Donation protected

Dear Friends and Supporters,
My name is Suwilanji Mwanza, and I am an undergraduate student at Oral Roberts University in the United States. I am majoring in Business Analytics with a minor in Data Science, and I am, God-willing, going into my senior year this fall (2025).
I value my education and, therefore, would like to request support in raising $11,819.68. This includes:
- Clearing off my balance from the previous semester, $8,457.25.
- 1/4th downpayment of this semester, $3,362.43, to be allowed to continue my education.
The deadline to raise this amount is the 31st of January, by the end of the day. Without this, I will be forced to move off campus, which would result in my student visa being terminated.
Why This Matters
My family is currently facing financial and health challenges. As a child of divorced parents, financing my education as an international student has been an uphill battle. Despite working two jobs at times, it has been challenging to cover both my tuition and living costs.
Growing up in Africa, I learned to value education because it brings change to communities. Continuing my education equips me to learn how to use my skills to not only grow professionally but also help pay for my siblings’ college in the future, support women and girls in education back in my home country, and fulfill the purpose of making a difference in the world.
What makes Oral Roberts University unique to me is the impact it has had on my personal and professional growth. It has shaped my commitment to excellence in my field, offering me opportunities to collaborate with amazing organizations like OneHope while expanding my business acumen. I am deeply passionate about learning and consider it a privilege to be educated.
Every donation means all the difference to me! Thank you for reading my story and for your support.
Blessings,
