Help Justine smile again

Hi, my name is Justine and I am 37 years old. I love to smile. My family give me reasons on end but, ever since my teeth start breaking and chipping it became hard to keep my smile. I noticed that once I hit my 20's my my teeth started taking a turn for the worst. I had alway taken very good care of my teeth. I would buy the best of the best products, and go to the dentist whenever I could. Once I hit my 30's it only went down from there. I lost my two front teeth and had to wear a guard with fake teeth whenever I go out in public. I have to take them out before I eat, I have to hide my mouth when I talk to people so they don't get scared, and I have to wear them whenever I take pictures with my family. I want to smile without the uncomfortable guard in my mouth and I want to be able to eat comfortably out in a restaurant with my husband without feeling nervous about taking my teeth out. With the money I will be able to pay for my teeth implants that will help my life for the better. I want to smile like me again.
