Justins Fight with Cancer
Donation protected
Thank you for taking the time to look into what you can do to help our son, brother, nephew, and grandson.
Justin was originally diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer back in 2014. He's gone through copious amounts of genetic testing, surgeries, and chemotherapy. After genetic testing, his doctors explained that his type of cancer is a result of Lynch Syndrome.
Lynch Syndrome is a genetic mutation - another family member (Justin's first cousin) was diagnosed with Colorectal cancer and Lynch Syndrome shortly before Justin was diagnosed.
Being diagnosed with Lynch Syndrome, his doctors advised that his chances of being diagnosed with other forms of cancers are at a higher risk (over 90%, even after remission).
Currently, symptoms have returned, he is seeing an oncologist, gastroenterologist, etc... His spirits are dismal. He is currently being scheduled for CT scans, blood work, and PET scans. The doctors have found a suspicious spot on his liver, which is the main reason doctors are scheduling a PET scan. The majority of Justin's organs are ulcerated, which is causing a great deal of pain.
We know that Justin is loved by so many people, and at his age, this is an unfortunate diagnoses. The first round of chemotherapy, doctors visits, etc, took a giant toll on him financially and emotionally.
He recently moved to Oklahoma City to be closer to his family and have more support during this rough time in his life.
Anything you can donate to Justin and his medical costs would be utterly appreciated by us all, especially Justin.
Thank for thinking and praying for him during this time.
On behalf of Justin, THANK YOU for any support you may be able to provide.
Love you all,
Justin's family
