Unexpected hardship

I am self-employed and recently underwent full rotator cuff surgery. I will be out of work for 18 months for recovery. My wife has exhausted all of her paid time off to care for me after surgery and is now on FMLA to protect her job. Since this recovery is lengthy, I will be in physical therapy starting Dec 24. My wife will be forced to take unpaid time off. Any amount is appreciated and will be beneficial to us during this time. Thank you. The Adams' family.
