car accident

Hi everyone,

I was told i would have my rental for 30 days to

Give me enough time to look for a vehicle, instead they totaled out my car and insurance deemed it a total loss, now theyre saying i have 48 hours to give my rental back or else pay 40 daily.

Any and all help is needed and appreciated

While taking my special needs child to school i ended up avoiding a head on collision and drove into a pole and fence with my 2 kids being in the backseat. This is my only vehicle and my onlytransportation to get to work, my child to therapy appointments and his orthopedic appointment for re casting.

My insurance is covering a rental but not enough of it so i have to pay out of pocket.
