Never in a million years would I imagine celebrating my #32 Birthday on my little boys 2nd day of Chemo.

It has taken me several days to decide if I am ready to share this with the world and I have written It over and over again because words nowadays are hard to find. But I am sharing because I believe in the power of prayer and ask for you to not be sad for us, not to cry for us but simply to pray for us.

My little Rocco Gabriel was diagnosed with cancer. After battling COVID 19 and thinking he still had side effects after several weeks we decided to bring him to Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital where they quickly identified a large mass and diagnosed him with advanced Stage IV High Risk Neuroblastoma that has traveled to his bones. 

My little boy, my sweet Rocco Gabriel does not deserve this. We have a long hard journey ahead but he’s a fighter and with this incredible army behind him I know he will fight long and hard for god to heal him. 

We are now at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in the hands of Dr. Modak,Chief, Neuroblastoma Service, Pediatric Oncologist.

To my boy, in those eyes I see reflected glimmers of many bright dawns to come, days full of sunshine but with a thundershower here and there to create rainbows, and restful nights with your dreams lit by starlight. I love you endlessly and wish nothing more then to take your pain away from you. Together we will fight this battle and It wont end until we win ❤️ 

We are raising funds for the Drs at MSKCC who are tasked everyday with saving the lives of children who are battling this terrible disease. No child deserves to go through this. However these drs and nurses at Memorial Sloan Kettering are truly angels on earth. With these funds we hope one day to be able to cure a child of this terrible disease without having to endure all of this pain and heartache along the way.

Any contribution big or small is greatly appreciated. It will all go directly to MSKCC or be used for any unexpected medical cost. If you can’t contribute then simply just pray for us ❤️
