Fighting for my daughter

Hi, my name is Carlos Lopez and if you are reading this we are more than likely friends or acquaintances. I am reaching out because I have exhausted all other avenues and I need help.

As many of you know I am the father of an 8-year-old beautiful little girl. Since the day she was born(2013), I have been in an ongoing custody battle with her mother. Three years ago (2018), my daughter's mother made some false allegations against me and asked the courts to stop all my coparenting time with my daughter. These false accusations led me to be suspended from both of my jobs (High School Teacher and Coach) while an investigation was carried out by child psychologists and child protective services, which ultimately found the allegations to be false and I was able to be reinstated at my jobs.

Because of the malicious and false allegations, I decided with my legal representation, to petition the courts for full custody of my daughter.

After many court dates have been rescheduled, I have exhausted all my financial options. Over the last three years, there have been more false accusations which are making the process longer and more expensive.

From everything that I have learned in this life and being a parent, is that fathers are just as important in a child's life as mothers. I have wanted nothing other than to be a part of her life and give her the love and support of her father which is something I lacked growing up.

We have the final court date scheduled for January and my attorney is needing this substantial amount of money by the end of the month in order to best prepare for trial. I am asking you to please help me fight for my daughter who needs me now more than ever. Your generosity will not be taken lightly I will forever be grateful for any amount you give.

First of, thank you to all who have donated to this cause. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you! 

I am coming back because since the last time, we have had to go through the process of a full custody evaluation which involves retaining experts in child custody and other personnel. 

I went back to the banks to try and do this on my own and it was unsuccessful as I have exceeded my loan limits. 

We are so close to the finish line and this should be the last expenses I should have.
