Saturday June 10, 2023 Chuck fell from a tall ladder while working outside. He was taken by ambulance to the trauma center in Macon. He has fractured ribs from 3-12, fractured skull on the right side and some bleeding on the brain. He also has a few broken areas in his lower back. He has had surgery on his ribs, where they went in and put plates to help them heal and prevent further damage to his chest cavity. They placed a chest tube to help with the drainage from the chest cavity. He will have several scans to monitor his brain bleed and his spine. He is expected to be in the hospital for a while and then go to an inpatient rehabilitation facility for three weeks. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
