Endeavour’s Top surgery fund

Check out my YouTube channel for trans man content documenting my journey: My transition. Hello! I'm Endeavour! I am a trans man who is desperately longing for top surgery. I have been on Testosterone for over two years now. It's been brilliant. I see a man when I look in the mirror now! I’ve even started to get chest hair; something that would be a great thing naturally, but is actually causing me great distress.
It is causing me distress because I still have breasts, and chest hair looks looks weird and wrong on breasts. It upsets me so much that I can’t look down when I dye my beard (a neat trick if you have blonde hair) in the bath, I tilt that mirror up. It makes me feel ill. I know I’m not meant to have them there and I need them gone.
I am in the UK, so I have access to having top surgery on the NHS, but the wait time is 4 years (I’ve not had a first appointment and I’ve been on the list over two years now)! I will be 40 years old by the time I can get my surgery if I go that route. I am actually still waiting for a first appointment to be seen at the NHS Gender Identity Clinic.
Because of the wait time, I have decided to go private for this treatment. I have also chosen to go private because I found a surgeon who has fantastic results with minimal scaring, and he does not work with the NHS.
You'll see that I've included a photo of me as a young child. Back then, I loved running around as a kid with no top on, it was freeing. When I look at it, I see a little boy with a flat chest. When that chest started to grow I realised I wasn’t born a little boy. I want to be able to walk around and swim topless and be free from this burden like I was as a child.
It was a very difficult decision for me to start this campaign to raise money for myself. I do not like asking for money or help but unfortunately, I can not do this alone. I work full time, but I am on a low income and any spare money goes towards my surgery.
Any donation, is appreciated, no matter how small. You are helping me achieve this goal, and helping me become the man I should have been born. I will forever be grateful, and never forget anyone that has donated. It will literally change my life for the better.
Thank you all for your support!
