Medical and House Fire

Many in our community know and love Robert Rutan who has served selflessly at the SPH Longterm Facility for 8 years. Robert was diagnosed with MS a few years ago and continued working up until about a year ago when the progression of his disease forced him to have to quit his job he loved so much. His mother moved up here a few months ago to help care for him and on March 13th, while they were away, Robert’s home caught on fire and burned beyond repair. Sadly, they also lost their beloved dog in the fire. Currently, they are living in a hotel but are really needing the community to come together and help them out in this difficult time. They will need to find another place to live as well as replace furniture and clothing and other necessities. Please donate to help them out-no amount is too small.
