Please help to rebuild the Old Marina Family

Earlier today, July 30th, 2022, The Old Marina Restaurant devastatingly caught fire, sadly, leaving barely anything but charred ruins. Alot of you know the owner and staff already and the generosity that entails with them. They do not hesitate to help, whenever or wherever they can. From sponsoring sports teams, to organzing Christmas and Halloween drive thru for kids during lockdown, or even helping the Puslinch lake authority to help keep the lake what it is today. Now this is an early charity to start, we wanted to start a pool for anything that would be non-insurance related. Anything that wouldn't be covered. There is an incredible community of staff that works at the Old Marina, and we would love to be able to help them with whatever is needed. Bills, groceries, anything. Of course insurance won't cover everything, so as we aim to rebuild, any additional costs of building etc would be an added bonus to be able to not have to worry about. We are extremely grateful with the outpouring of help from the community already, and we can't wait to see all of your faces again!

Just to clarify a few things:

My name is Evan Cook, I am the owners brother, and I too am from Cambridge.

All funds raised will be going directly to an experienced supervisor to disperse where/ or to whomever possible after things are worked out. It will not be used personally in anyway. Strictly to help.
