help fix my broken phone, and its breaking backup

Alas, my primary phone has broken - decided to stop charging - and nothing I do brings it back to life.

The backup phone also showing signs of breaking too - it keeps saying there's humidity in the USB port.

Already riddled with chronic illness, and partly homeless, I need to have a working phone, and ideally a working backup phone.

Many public and private services are only available via phone apps. So you're really suck without a mobile.

I don’t have the money for phone repairs, as due to health issues, I'm already in the red every month.

Help for phone repair would be super great, and a bit of a lifesaver.

More context

Not only did my main phone break, but the backup phone shows signs of breaking.

Alas, as I’m already battling it out with a serious chronic illness, not only making life painful, but also putting a dent in my economy, I don’t have the money for repairing the phones. I already need lend money, every month, to afford rent and food.

Not having a working phone, and ideally a reliable backup phone, I’d be in a lot of trouble, as I couldn’t use the bank app to authenticate to public digital services, as well as other key online services, couldn’t pay online, or buy cheaper public transportation tickets, etc….

Potential repair costs

If I’m lucky it’s a case of replacing the battery on the main phone, and the usb port on the backup phone. That’s 60-80 euros for each phone.

If I’m unlucky, I need to replace the motherboard or something bigger on the main phone. Basically a new old phone costs ca 170 euros, so that’d be the worst scenario.

I don’t dare do the repairs myself, as much as I’d like to, as I can’t end up without a functioning device, and the backup phone is really hard to disassemble.

Additional possible repair costs

Some of the little pleasures I have in my life are taking panorama photos. For this my main phone, from 2017, has a really great camera and software. Later phones aren’t as good at panoramas as my 2017 OnePlus 5T.

Alas, the camera lens has gotten damaged lately, so it’d be nice to replace the back cover of phone, with the lens. That’s ca 50 Euros.

The backup phone also has a scratched lens, and the back cover costs ca 70-80 euros to replace.
