Support for Kathryn Kotas' Ralphie

Our friend Kathryn (Katie) Kotas's (furry) son, Ralph, has had some significant health struggles lately and she has been doing her best to manage financially while getting him the surgeries and treatments that he needs, but a teacher's income can only go so far in this type of situation - and all this while Katie prepares for a major surgery of her own in just a few weeks.
Please consider donating to help ease some of the stress and financial burden she and her daughter are facing.

Ralph has recurring bladder stones that continue to block his urethra. Thus far, he has undergone 2 procedures to clear blockages and had bladder surgery in June to remove stones - at a total cost of $6,000 already.
He now needs surgery again. This time, the vet will reconstruct his urethra in order to prevent this problem from happening again and potentially leading to death. This surgery will cost $4,800 and needs to happen very soon.
As for many of us, Katie's pets are simply a part of the family, so I know she'll be so grateful for any help that family and friends are able to provide.
