Funding for therapy and mental health support

My name is Desiree Wilman and the last few weeks I’ve been dealing with a lot of mental, physical, and emotional stress. I have been dealing with extreme amounts of anxiety that has been overlapping and upsetting my eating disorder. I suffer from GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder) and my eating disorder is currently undiagnosed. I am at a point that I can’t do this alone. I have reached out to several therapists and have landed on one that might be a good fit. However, I currently have no source of income or health insurance so any payments for therapy sessions will have to come out of pocket. On top of my cost of living, I am worried about the cost of seeking help. I am reaching out to anyone who would be willing to help me cover the cost of sessions. My goal on here currently will get me enough therapy sessions for three months. I am hoping to continue to see a therapist on a weekly basis to provide me with some mental relief. I have never seen a therapist before so this a new journey for me and I hope to continue to see a therapist for as long as I need to without the worry of my mental health being a financial burden.
