Our little boy Thor, who is 8 months old who is our love and is the sweetest most gentle little boy ever was in a freak leash accident and broke his little leg in multiple parts while he was potty training outside with dad and his big sister Yogi Bear who is a pitbull. The neighbors dogs came out and in their excitement to go say good morning to their friends Thor took off running and so did the Yogi in different directions. As they both took off running in different directions Thor’s leash got Yogi in the neck, Thor flew back and landed on his back leg with all his 25 pounds. It truly was a freak accident and he had his surgery that saved his leg thanks to all the generosity to help pay for his surgery, however Thor’s road to recovery is not over yet. He will need Physical Therapy and many more vet visits to get our little boy back to running and jumping with his sisters. Dad and mom are trying to do everything we can possibly do to help him recover from this freak accident, however with his ongoing care and medications and physical therapy the bills have been pulling up. He is only 8 months old with his whole life still ahead of him and we are doing everything we can to have him return to his normal happy life. Thor is a snuggle bug who just loves to be held and be with you, he has a very sensitive personality and needs lots of loves and kisses. Even if you can’t donate please say a prayer for him to recover from this horrible freak accident. Mom and dad just wish we could just take his pain away and make it all better.
