Help a family who lost everything
Donation protected
Today my sister-in-law, Elisabeth, lost everything in a fire. The apartment directly below hers went up in flames and her 3 year old son saw them coming up into their apartment. She was able to get out safely but lost everything she’s ever worked so hard for. She is a single mom of two young children; a 3 year-old boy and 9-year old girl. Her son has severe food allergies that require him to use a feeding tube that feeds him formula specifically made for him. This also makes her incapable of putting him in daycare so she has dedicated her life to staying home with him. All of his formula was lost in the fire, all of their clothing, furniture, every prized possession, everything. She is not only going to need to find a new apartment, but she has to start from scratch with absolutely nothing. When she was running outside to safety, instead of aiming straight for the exit or stopping to get her valuables, she knocked on every door she could with her son I her arms to get everyone out to safety. That’s the kind of person she is and she deserves all the support we can give. Please help me ease this burden for her. No amount is too small. If you are more able to donate items. Please email me at [email redacted] so we can make arrangements.
