Building a Sustainable Future for All

Hello, first of all, I want to thank you for taking the time to be concerned about climate change.

I am writing to you to ask for your help in providing a safe spot for nature against the inland spread of humans due to sea levels rising.

The idea is to provide a safe place for nature to flourish and at the same time house humans who are willing to work communally and abide by a set of rules to maintain harmony between nature and man.

This doesn't mean a lack of technology! On the contrary, I invite techies to join in and cooperate in the harmonious integration of technology into nature.

We are on the verge of a very special time in history. Regardless of the politics or the wars, there is a separate wing of human creativity bidding at our doors.

This creativity is important to the survivability of man in the coming future. It is also important, in my opinion, and hopefully your opinion, that it should be done responsibly.

So, I invite digital and green technology to be used for the purpose of survivability off the land, and for the land.

This isn't a farming project.

This is a project of establishing our future as humans; a project where we can learn from each other and take those skills outwards if needed.

A place where children can learn to be ethical towards their environment and their community.

I want this to be a place where my family and yours can live as humans should, with humility, care, and love - integrating our brains, body, creativity, productivity, and spirit.

To be more detailed, the idea is to buy between 500 to 1000 acres, with land that provides for animals and general forest. This land will also have running water on it, for fishing or other types of projects.

This land needs to be elevated, obviously, so it will be, most likely, on the eastern side of Oregon State.

Other details of inhabitability, zoning, land use, government support, government restrictions, and so forth will be worked through and communicated to you.

The large price tag of land warrants the request here. Unfortunately, I also factored in some development costs, long-term tax preparation, and other costs to support the fruition of the project.

A portion of the land will be used for technological experimentation for energy and food production, a portion will be kept for animal husbandry, another portion will be kept to maintain the nature, and another portion to house the participants.

Once the land is bought, anyone who funded the project will be invited to visit and/or participate.

The idea is to find a balance point for nature and everyone included.

I want this to be long term, and productive in the way of fighting climate change.
