grieving family needs help

Hello my name is Lily Montoya, I'm the daughter of Arturo Montoya who was brutally shot and killed on Saturday night October 5th 2024 in a situation he had nothing to do with. He was a good man who loved his family dearly. This life was rough and unfair to him. He went down a bad path in life and no matter how hard he tried he couldn't get out of it. He wanted nothing more than to be there for his family, especially his 4 year old granddaughter. The bond they shared was like nothing else and it's heartbreaking that she will never see or hold her papa again and that he will not have another opportunity to create a better path for himself. on October 12th 2024 exactly 1 week after my dad passed away, we lost my brother Feliciano Montoya. he was an amazing and sweet kid. he had a goofy personality, he loved to help his family out with anything he could. My brother went through a lot before the age of 3 and because of this he struggled his entire life. my heart hurts for the things he went through and for the way he went out. my brother deserved so much more..

after dealing with these losses my family is now being evicted from our home, At this time we are struggling financially as unexpected expenses arise and any support for my family is appreciated. I want to make it clear that this go fund me is no longer for funeral costs it is to help my family find a place to stay for the time being and with the extra bills I now have.
