Queer Expression St Pete is fundraising $30,000 to pay for rent & utilities at our permanent home!

In a time when our state legislators are actively attempting to outlaw Queer & Trans suicide prevention, the need for an inconspicuous sanctuary without signage or a publicized address (advertised through trusted word of mouth) has become more important than ever.

If you ask anybody who has attended one of our gatherings, what we have cultivated is really incredibly special. Over the past year, Queer Expression St Pete has developed into a real home for folks who otherwise feel hopeless.

These spaces are survival as we resist eradication.

We are completely grassroots and volunteer-run, so nobody is ever directly profiting from our programming. Every dollar raised goes directly back into the community.

We’re looking for folks and local businesses to make one-time donations, but we’re also looking for folks with disposable income outside of the communities we serve to sign up for an annual pledge of $50-$300 / month. This is a way to become a long-term supporter and community partner, helping ensure that we are able to pay for rent/utilities each month.
