Quest Food Management Employee Care Fund

Quest Food Management Services serves some 150,000 students each day across 90 schools in three states through our approach to providing fresh, quality food and intensely personal service.

On March 16, we furloughed 823 of our 1,130 team members as every single school, university and corporate dining facility was shut down or operating at minimum capacity.  Many of these team members were hourly team members 

Quest does offer paid sick leave to every one of our employees, and we will be providing that leave during this shutdown.  We are providing emergency services to some 40 communities for low-income families during this shutdown, putting ourselves in harm's way to continue to provide food to families  who need it most when their schools are closed.  We have started our own food pantries for our employees and our CEO and Owner is currently going without salary.  We are working tirelessly with our elected officials to help influence legislation to support our team members.

We have also started the Quest Care Fund to help our team members impacted by the COVID-19 shutdown with medical bills, rent, food and other expenses they simply cannot afford right now.  Our CEO and Owner made a $10,000 gift to start the Fund, and many who are still employed are contributing as well.

We ask that you consider making a donation to contribute. Every dollar counts; no donation is too small, and even simply sharing this post could have a large impact on the livelihood of our employees. All donations will go to the Quest Care Fund and will be distributed directly to our team members most impacted by the COVID-19 shutdowns.
