UPDATE:
We still are fighting our own tribes entity and they have pursued legal action with the eviction even though they say they have no part in it and can’t get involved. Please contact Quileute tribal council to let outside voices share our concern

We are asking our community for Emergency Housing funds. Anything is appreciated. Our Quileute Tribal family from LaPush Wa has been given 72 hours notice to vacate our home owned by a Quileute entity. Two weeks before Christmas. With the rent already took out of last check, Conditions of our housing was depending on terms of employment. After missing less than a week of work due to an auto-immune disease, my partner was retaliated against despite having a doctors note and she was terminated. I really did not want to use our child’s picture for our fundraiser but this is all or nothing. We’re literally being fed to the wolves. We have 5 kids we have to be separated from if we can not find housing. We have a special needs child in tribal school. We have asked all resources here in la push including tribal council for assistance, no emergency funds or any plan from anyone to help us relocate by Christmas. No presents are in our budget as of now. We have empty homes here that have been vacant for months this is cruel and easily preventable if the tribe is pushed. Any help is better than Quileute help. IT TAKES A VILLAGE!!
