Quinns family lost everything in the Echo Mtn Fire

My brother, Quinn Wells, lost everything in the Echo Mountain fire at Panther Creek.
Sadly he did not have renters insurance as he just moved. He lost all his and his sons clothes and belongings and his work tools. The Echo Mountain fire is not yet listed on state aid websites so he is unable to get the state 7k emergency aid. Please help if you can. Thanks for any help. Every dollar counts.
UPDATE: His house is still standing but we don't know the damage and Abe's mom, Abby's house did burn down. Funds will go to restabilize this little family. ❤
