Medical Mission Trip to San Cristóbal, Ecuador

As seniors in the Nurse Anesthesia Program at Quinnipiac University, we were presented with an educational opportunity to travel with Medical Ministry International to the Galápagos Islands, Ecuador.  This trip will allow us to provide anesthetic equipment, anesthetic and pain medications, and airway devices to a hospital located in San Cristóbal. During this trip, we will be able to provide anesthesia to patients who have been awaiting surgical procedures and treatment.  As many of these procedures may be standard to us in America, resources and availability of providers is scarce.  This trip would not be possible without adequate funding to obtain supplies and cover travel expenses. Any donation would be greatly appreciated by us and the people of Ecuador.
