Quintuple bypass heart surgery

Sunday night I had a heart attack leading us to discover that three of my heart artieries were 90% clogged and two at 80%.  

I've just had a quintuple bypass heat surgery to remedy all 5 arteries at once and am not going to be able to work for some time. 

Please help if possible. Any help is very much appreciated.
