"Recovery" Album Release!
Update!: THANK YOU to everyone that has contributed so far and helped us meet and pass our initial goal of $2500. The album is now recorded, mixed, and mastered and I cannot wait to share it with you!
I am also pleased to announce that work is now in progress on a new stretch goal: pressing this sweet 9-song album onto a real VINYL RECORD. This has been a life long dream, and the hard work and support from all involved with this project is making it possible. Our new stretch goal is $3,700 (that's $1200 added to the goal to press and deliver the records). Anyone contributes or has already contributed at the $50 level or above will have the option to receive a record. If you've already contributed less than $50 but you want a record, just make another contribution to make up the difference and you'll receive a record. (For example, if you gave $20, then give another $30 and it's vinyl time for you!)

Hello friends, family and music lovers!
Today I am asking for your support to make an album that is very dear to my heart. “Recovery” is not just an album - it is songs of hope and comfort for those recovering from addiction and the loss of connection that causes it. Through my family and work in social work settings, I have seen the struggle with addiction up close and personal. I have written sad songs, happy songs, and everything in between in an effort to make sense of addiction and somehow help. Now I have settled on a group of my most hopeful and encouraging songs to record. That group of songs will be called “Recovery”. If you are able and want to help put out some simple, encouraging music to help those impacted by addiction, please consider contributing to this GoFundMe page.
Funds will allow for “Recovery” to be recorded and released. Expenses include equipment for the sessions, recording studio time, mixing, mastering, designing graphics, pressing CDs, creating handmade song/lyric books, making hoodies, and more.
