Jeff's Girls Education and Care Fund

Jeff Paul Oestreicher, age 46, passed August 7, 2019 after a courageous two-year battle with esophageal and stomach cancer. Jeff leaves behind his wife Carey-Ann and his two princesses: Ella and Brooke.

Jeff's goal in life was to be a good Dad and Husband. His day job, which he truly loved, was as an Accounting Professor at Humber College. But, nothing meant more to him than the time he spent with his girls.

After Jeff's wife suffered a brain injury in 2012, which she still continues to recover from, Jeff has been the primary caregiver for their girls. He has been the one getting up with them as babies in the night,  taking them to birthday parties, activities, and school events. Even with stage 4 cancer, he continued to coach his girls' soccer and ringette teams. He didn't tell any of the parents of his health struggles, he just went out there and did his best to support his girls and help others.

Sadly, Jeff's life was taken too soon.  Before Jeff died, he requested that an Education and Care Account was set up for his family.  He wanted to ensure they would be taken care of as much as possible, knowing that he would no longer be around to support them.

Jeff was a kind, loving soul and those he has impacted will be his legacy. Thank you for your support.
