Help Daryl pay for school!

Daryl is a young Black father who has worked long hours for years in order to support himself and his daughter. He is one of the most talented and hard-working people I know. He recently got into and enrolled in PRATT to pursue a degree in Industrial Design -- a field which would put his years of carpentry, art installation and design to use in a higher paying field with greater benefits and job security. PRATT promised Daryl a level of funding they are no longer willing to provide -- slamming him with a $6,000 bill and a hold on registration.

 

Daryl has TWO SEMESTERS LEFT! It is infuriating that he is being forced to walk away from this degree because of financial insecurity.

 

Additional needs for remaining year of school: 
$700 for supplies
$1400 tuition
$1200 transportation
$1500 child care
                             

Immediate need: $6,000 to pay for summer semester and lift Daryl's hold on registration ACHIEVED!
