Marybel "Mystika" "Wahpy" Macias, 41 of Draper, Utah, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, June 19, 2019. She was born May 2, 1978 In Equatorial Guinea to father, Narciso Ntugu and mother, Gaudencia Macias. 

Wahpy really LIVED life everyday - always helping people, singing and dancing. Shen never spent a day without laughing and getting other to have fun. She loved her African roots, thinking outside the box and enjoyed being an outlier. She loved to stand up for things that were right and wasn't afraid to protest unjust treatment. 

To her kids, Wahpy was know as "Lion Mama". she always found ways to make her kids happy, even if it meant working for days to make it happen Wahpy loved trying new things, especially with her kids. She loved her children and always made sure they had the best education. When her children were being bullied, she immediately moved them into a new charter school where they were able to thrive. 

Wahpy loved the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and was a hard worker. At one time she worked 3 jobs to make sure her children had what they needed. She spoke 3 languages including her native Fang, Spanish and English. She had a bachelor's degree from LDS Business College in international Business. 

Wahpy is survived by her daughter Jetta "Titi"  Macias Nshoa (age 13), son Jet "Drue Dreut" Macias Nshoa (age 11), and twin sons Celestino "Courage"and Severino "Justice" Macias Nshoa (age 1), and partner Severino "Redji" Nshoa.
