Christopher lived his life to the fullest. He loved his Family and friends very much. God, Music, Traveling, Aviation ,and Fitness were big parts of who he was. Chris had unshakable faith. He played the keyboard/piano for various worship teams and also loved playing in his free time as well as writing new music. He was often giving lessons to other people too. He was a humble person with a big heart that loved to share his talents and abilities with those around him. When he was not playing music, or working on Airplanes, you could find him either training for, or competing in, various Marathons and Speed Skating competitions. He ran in the Rock and Roll Marathon, did speed skating through the Las Vegas speed racing team, and was a member of the Ninja racing team. Chris has been an employee at Switch since 2010. He is the epitome of what a dependable and hardworking person is. In his time with Switch, he was very well known for his work ethic and his knowledge and because of that knowledge, he is partly responsible for the growth of many different team members within his department.
10 months ago, Christopher contracted Coccidiomycosis/Valley Fever/Fungal Meningitis which caused a severe infection in his brain and spine. Since February 2nd, 2019, this disease has caused him to be bed ridden, have no activity in his limbs, and become incontinent. On September 30,2019, Chris suffered a major stroke , which cause him to slip into a coma and have bleeding on the brain and unfortunately he has not recovered.
This has been a great hardship on the family, especially me his mother. I've had to leave my job to care for Chris and his affairs. Family and friends, can we please come together and help in any way we can, knowing that no amount of money will ever be enough to replace this wonderful person that was taken too soon. I would like to help raise money to cover funeral expenses that will come up and to travel to Cyprus to grieve with my daughter after Chris is laid to rest. All funds will be delivered directly into my account after gofundme approves withdrawal and deactivation of this campaign.
