1312 Squadron Minibus Fundraiser
Donation protected
As you maybe aware, our 15 seat minibus was stolen from directly outside the squadron building in March. This heartless act means that we are having to rely on hired transport or acts of kindness from minibus companies in order to fulfil our busy programme of events.
As you can imagine , being a charity organisation, this cannot continue indefinitely and will start to have an impact on the numbers of cadets who can attend various activities. Also, as this was an older minibus the insurance will not cover the full price of a replacement.
This is a key resource for our young adults and allows them to take part in so many character building activities which only the Royal Air Force Air Cadets can offer.
Please ask friends, family, work colleagues to donate as much as they can afford on this fund-raising site.
Our fund-raising target for this campaign is £10,000, we will keep you regularly updated on our social media channels on progress , and there will be a fund-raising meter on our Notification TV board showing the cadets live progress towards the total.
Finally, why not come to our Civilian Commitee's AGM , to get informed about progress and put forward any other ideas.
I appreciate these are difficult times, so any help of whatever amount will be invaluable, especially as the result of our combined efforts will only benefit our young adults.
On behalf of the 1312 City Of Southend On Sea Squadron Royal Air Force Air Cadets, we thank-you.
