Help the Hawkins family

Hi everyone.  I'm Stephanie Feltz a friend and neighbor of sorts to the Hawkins family. I'm putting this gofundme together to help the family of Dave"Battery Boy" and Kris Hawkins. In recent weeks this family has had a horrible tragedy hit to close to home . And are in need of some love and support. They are long time residents of Lyons, Colo 45 years from what I understand.  Dave has taught baseball,softball, basketball and even ran the BMX track at Union lake when his daughter Jordan was racing.  When anyone mentions battery boy we all know who they are talking about. A man and his family that are loved through out the community. This fundraiser is to help them with expenses to get back and forth from Denver to the hospital, any on going medical expenses, or any other expenses that could arise in the next few months if not years with the recovery of their son Zach. Alot has been given to the community of Lyons by Dave over the years I think it's now time for the community and people to show the family some love during their time of need. Any little amount helps. Let's show this family just how much we love and support them during this time of need.
