Hi, my name is Angel and I am hoping you can help me give my mom a proper funeral. Her passing has been sudden and me and my younger siblings are at a loss at what will happen next.

Our mother was in a hit and run accident. At the moment it is still an open investigation with more questions than answers and nobody to be held responsible for ending the life of a single mother of 5, a sister, a daughter, and a dear friend.
