The Harrell Family

If you know the Harrell family, their name is synonymous with one word. Service. For many years Bruce served the people of Hillsborough county and retired at the rank of captain. Friends and colleagues could tell you amazing story after story of his distinguished career. He made the decision to retire early to start a different type of service- to care for his lovely wife Susan who was diagnosed with cancer. He is the perfect example of the vows we make at the alter. Through sickness and in health. Those who know Susan always have such fond memories of her before cancer would change her life forever. Wether it was an amazing piece of art she created with leather as her canvas, or her years supporting The Florida agriculture and beef industry , she has lived an incredible life filled with joy and service to others. So many kids treasure the time she spent with them helping in 4H and FFA programs. She is an will always be a legend to so many people who now make agriculture their full time career. Now, the Harrell’s need our help. Their three boys Jimmy, Blake, and Lane have stepped up to the plate. Hospice has been brought in for Bruce which is going to be a challenge as he is Susan’s primary caregiver. As believers in Jesus Christ we know that once Bruce enters the arms of Jesus there will be no more pain. If the Harrell’s ever had an impact on your life, please consider donating.
