Vet bills poisoning 2 harmless dogs

Hi my name is Georgie, my dog was poisoned. Lily is now in the vets having life saving treatment. Lily's bill will be around about $3,000. Lily had her stomach pumped, put in a coma and activated charcoal in her system to soak up the poison. Lily has had pain medication, bloods and fluids every single day. I would appreciate if you can help. It would mean the world to me. ANYTHING HELPS. I don't normally ask for help but it is a lot of money. If I knew who poisoned her I'd make them pay every penny. Lily is doing a little better and may even be able to come home after yet another night. I'm stressed and worried about her and the bill. She has had 3, maybe more nights in the vets plus medication. Lily is the love of my life. Lily is my baby, I'm so hurt. If anyone could help even just by sharing I would really appreciate it more than you would ever know.
