Hi, my name is Vanessa and I am Misty's oldest sister. May of 2020, I went to IL to bring my sister and her 3 babies to Texas to flee from a domestic violence situation. She fled with what we could fit in a pickup truck and a small u-haul. In the past year she has worked hard, found a wonderful job and is on the process of rebuilding her and the kid's lives. Last night her neighbors apartment caught on fire and they have lost everything. She never asks for much and you'll never know the struggles she is fighting and overcoming day to day. With that being said....I AM asking for help from our family and friends for living expenses, necessities, clothing, bills, and to help compensate time off work.
