I am an actress, singer, coach, writer and casting director in Luxembourg, committed to creating and sharing.
I have wanted, for many years now, to become a yoga teacher.
The last 15 years of my life have been devoted to raising my children, the last 4 and a half years as a single mother. I have practiced yoga for 25 years, and it has helped me through various injuries and difficult times. I want to share this gift with others, and I believe that now is the time to pursue this long held dream and goal of teaching yoga.
As a strange blessing coming from the COVID19 crisis, the Yoga Alliance has made it possible to do an online teacher's training. This is a unique (and much more affordable) opportunity for me to achieve my goal whilst still being there for my kids. On the link above you can read about the program that I wish to do.
