Help EdvinE20 keep his home!

My name is Simon AKA Zwhatsh, I have created this GoFundMe for my good friend EdvinE20 who needs your help. Here is his personal message:

Hello! You probably know me as EdvinE20 from the YouTube & Twitch channel AwesomeEpicGuys where I make so called "content" along with my good friend Zwhatsh.

I have ended up in a bit of a crisis. For the last 8 years of my life I have been together with my fiancee Jennifer who I thought was the love of my life.

About 5 years ago we bought a house together for us and our 3 pets. Nemo, Charlie & Betty-Lou. (Rabbit, dog & cat)

The house was in pretty bad shape. But after 5 years of work it has now become a lovely home. A home I believed I would spend many years of my life in. Maybe even my entire life.

It's located close to my home town, work, friends & family.

I would love to show more detailed pictures of the house, but for security reasons as a content creator I will show only a little to maintain some privacy. I can tell you that the house was built in 1960s and the living area is about 80 square meters. It's not a big fancy house is my point.

In early December, I received the devastating news from Jennifer that she did not love me anymore and she wanted to separate. To me, this came out of nowhere. I was shocked & confused. I still am. I do not wish to discuss details to why this is happening. But this was her decision. From my point of view everything was going well. I expected us to get married soon.

I have not only lost my fiancee. She is taking the pets with her too. Pets I have treated and loved as if they were my children.

The only thing I have left to lose is the house.

We own the house together 50%. For a start, Jennifer really wanted me to be gone and let her keep the house. But recently she changed her mind. I am not sure why. But in order for me to keep the house and avoid selling it, I need to pay Jennifer her half.

This number is calculated on the estimated value of the house minus the mortgage and that value split in half. As the value of the house is still under discussion, I simply don't know exactly how much money I am going to need. But it will be a lot. Much higher than the fundraising goal. And I do not believe I will reach the specified amount on this website, but every little helps.

I am working full time as a caretaker/housing supporter during nights & I create content on YouTube & Twitch during the day. However, these income sources won't be enough to pay for the house and therefore I am asking for your help.

The house is the only thing I have left to fight for. And I need it in order to create YouTube & Twitch content. Thank you for reading, any amount of donation will help!
