Gemma Louise Wilkins our special beautiful and strong sister, sadly passed away in the early hours of this morning in hospital, with us by her side. At the age of 32 after fighting very hard.

Gemma was a very much loved Sister, Daughter, Auntie, Niece, Granddaughter and Cousin to many. Gemma really enjoyed the family visits.

Gemma had Rett Syndrome, and was very special to everyone. Gemma was cared for by the best. Gemma was loved by so many which lead to Gemma living a very happy life surrounded by loved ones who made her laugh and smile.

As many people know a funeral and aftercare comes at a cost and we really want to be able to give our sister the best send off that she deserves.
