O'Bannon Family Recovery Fund

Hi, my name is Marilyn Velasquez, and I'm fundraising for my co-worker, LauralLee O'Bannon and her family. On August 2, my work family was notified that LauralLee's husband, Austin and their 2-year-old daughter Deagan were the victims of a severe hit-and-run accident while checking the mail. A neighbor discovered them unconscious in the street and called 911. Deagan has a broken clavicle and a skull fracture. She is recovering at home. Currently, Austin is hospitalized and being treated for facial and pelvic fractures, a brain bleed and a broken elbow. It is unknown if he will require surgery. LauralLee is going to be absent from work for an undetermined amount of time while she cares for her recovering family. Medical bills run high, and the cost of needing to be absent from work will build as well. Though LauralLee's 7-year-old daughter was safe at the time, this will undoubtedly affect her as well.
