Hit-and-Run of Luis Varela

Hello, I am the victim's brother, Renato. My brother unfortunately was severely struck by an unknown vehicle. My mother, who is from out of the country, will now have to stay in this country to take care of him. This unfortunate event occurred at 647 S. Park View St. Los Angeles, CA. The financial costs to this life-saving treatment will not be fully covered by insurance. There are to be unexpected and costly out-of-pocket expenses as part of my brother's care.
