Flood relief

Hi I'm John,

My sisters house went under last week - for the first time in its 120 years of life. Thankfully it was well built and is still sound.

The cleanup bill is large though - being un- insured ( flood insurance premiums are unaffordable at over 20k annually).

Help me enable my fabulous sister to fix this mess xo
