Debbie's battle with cancer

My name is Jackie Perez and I have created this page to help my little sister Deborah Perez who was recently diagnosed with Leukemia.   What started off as a doctors visit on December 4, 2015 for stomach pain ended with a call from the doctor to get to the hospital immediatly to talk about her blood work.  They told her that the blood revealed she had cancer but they were not sure if it was leukemia or Lymphoma.  She was then admitted to the hospital for a week  so they could run test to confrim the type of cancer and the stage.   
The resutls came in,  she was diagnosed with CML or Chronic Myeloid Leukemia.   Luckily due to an appeal with the insurance company, she was able to have proper medication but unfortunately the bills are piling up unexpectedly.  I have created this page to help aleviate some of the stress so she can focus on her recovery.
