Robert's Liver Transplant Surgery

My name is James and my older brother, Robert Thorp, is finally having an opportunity to receive a liver transplant from a wonderful donor. He is so very fortunate to have the love and support of his family and friends while he goes through this difficult time in his life. Due to unforeseen circumstances, in about four weeks, Robert's transplant surgery will be taking place in California instead of Arizona.  He and his family, along with his supporters, will need to travel to California and live there for roughly two to three months. As you can imagine this is going to be a challenge for his family, the donor's family, and others who travel with them and support them throughout this time. In an effort to alleviate the enormous cost of travel, lodging, food and other living expenses, I have decided to create this campaign. Just to let you know, if it was up to Robert he would not be asking for any assistance, and do it all on his own. He has always had pride in working hard to provide for himself and his family. But as we all know, when you are afflicted with a debilitating illness, you are unable to do the things you used to do; your life changes and humility kicks in. If you are able to assist him, he would be extremely grateful and so would his family.  And if your circumstances don't allow it, please say a prayer for him, his family, and the donor.
