Thank you to everyone who supported the #love4lisa campaign.

Sadly Lisa passed away peacefully on Friday 11th October 2024.

Lisa is loved and missed by so many people and that is a testament to the wonderful person she was.

I will miss my dear friend

Lisa was diagnosed with Leukaemia in August 2022; to say it was a shock is an understatement!

We started off as neighbours, and now she is family!

Lisa has dedicated years to education, and just at the point where she decided on a career change, her world was turned upside down.

Even then, she was more concerned about promoting blood cancer awareness than getting support for herself.

If you haven't joined the stem cell donor register, it only takes a swab of your cheek to join the register - it is as easy as that!
